I have officially returned to the blogging world! I have taken what Oprah would refer to as a blogging "sabbatical". I took a break. Well that, and the fact that life hasn't been entirely exciting during the last 3-4 months. With the exception of our latest trip to San Antonio excluded.
School ended for the semester for me (with which I achieved A's in both my Bio class and my Anatomy and Physiology I class) and Will has been working away at both Home Depot and William Brawn Photography. Good things are in the works for the latter. : )
Summer is upon us. Memorial Day weekend has arrived, and I am pleased to say that I am spending the weekend napping, reading (NOT school books!) , listening to music, taking walks, running and overall enjoying the lovely warm weather! Will unfortunately works every day this weekend, but I don't mind this time. The kitty and I are enjoying a relaxing weekend. She naps while I read.
I have plans this summer to enjoy myself thoroughly, doing all things mentioned above plus more. Hopefully I will have more time to dedicate to digital scrapbooking and maybe I'll make something out of all the photos I have. I plan to enjoy the sunshine this summer (and hopefully not too many thunderstorms).
Some big plans are in the works for the coming Summer for the hubby and me and I am thrilled. : )
I will have to post photos from our San Antonio trip soon, because blogger isn't liking uploading my photos. Until then, you can see them all on Facebook (which uploads large amounts of photos much much faster than Blogger). We would like to say THANK YOU to Katelyn and Nick for hosting us while we were in San Antonio. It was super fun catching up. We also got to spend some time with my brother Leland and his family - but time was limited due to sickness spreading through their family (Mono sucks!), but it was nice seeing them since we hadn't seen them since our wedding. Overall, it was a great time in the Lone Star State! Next trip will be to the NW for my sister's wedding in two weeks! This will be a busy summer, and I promise to document it! : )
